After doing much research on the Kia Sorento, debating about keeping our Lincoln MKX, trading for a 2016 MKX, or trading it for a 2016 Sorento, we made the decision to visit your dealership in the hopes of finding the vehicle we were looking for. We were also hoping that our experience would be a pleasant one with no high pressure or fancy sales tactics and that we would be offered a fair and reasonable value for our trade.
All of our expectations were met and exceeded from the first meeting in Sales with Brad Hunt right down to the delivery of our new car. Brad and your Sales Manager, Pat Cauley provided us with a price on our trade with which we were happy and located the vehicle we were looking for. Finalizing the paperwork and giving us a date to pick up our new vehicle, a 2016 Kia Sorento SX was seamless, including the financial paperwork with Zena Michel. All of this took less than a week. In addition, Pat Cauley obtained the Kia Weathertech mats we wanted in time to have them in the vehicle on the pick-up date.
When we came to pick up the vehicle, it was a dark, damp, cold and rainy November evening. Nevertheless, Brad had the car running & warm, with a full tank of gas and ready for us. Brad spent a lot of time reviewing the dashboard with us, going through the various menus, settings and operating processes. He was patient, clear, concise and never rushed through explanations, answering questions as we went along. As a special note of interest we were surprised to see that Brad removed the plates from our MKX and even washed them before installing them on the new car, in spite of the inclement weather.
It is, unfortunately, unique to have such a positive experience as it seems in this day and age it is less often that such commitment to the customer's needs is found. It is refreshing to deal with staff such as yours and kudos go to Brad Hunt for all of his efforts, and to Pat and Zena for their help during this purchase. We are enjoying our new Kia and hope that it will continue to serve us well in the years ahead. We also hope that our future experience with your Service Dept. will be met with the same team approach to customer satisfaction.

On Oct. 4 2015 at approx. 3.30 PM, we were involved in a serious car crash at Eglington and Hannah Street in Toronto with our 2014 Kia Rondo. The accident ended with our car hitting a concrete retaining wall at a fair clip of speed. The front end, hood, fenders and motor were destroyed. The rest of the front crumpled as per design to protect the cabin. The windshield didn't break. The doors to the cabin operated normally and 4 people could get in the cabin and not know the car was damaged. You people have more than earned your 5 star crash rating, that car saved us from serious injury. We plan to replace the KIA with another one.
